Entrepreneurship Concentration at SHA:
§ As of January 2015, students can obtain a concentration in entrepreneurship at the School of Hotel Administration. There are 3 required courses, totaling 8 credits, and a minimum of 4 additional credits from any combination of the 7 other approved entrepreneurship courses.
Entrepreneurship Courses at SHA:
§ The School of Hotel Administration offers a total of 12 courses with entrepreneurship content. These courses give students the opportunity to learn everything from creating a business plan to entrepreneurial law.
Connect Entrepreneurial Hotelies Network (CEH):
§ CEH is a mentorship platform created to engage entrepreneurs at all states of ideation to drive innovation in the hospitality industry. CEH facilitates mentorship opportunities for alumni and students to support entrepreneurial career development in the industry while building and deepening relationships with the SHA community.
Cornell Entrepreneur Network (CEN):
§ CEN is the university's multi-city business networking program. With ~100 events per year, CEN offers alumni the opportunity to learn from world-class speakers and meet fellow Cornellians with similar business motivations.
